Bio: Gillian Silver

Gillian Beth Silver, MPH, CPH, CRA, CFRA, CPRA, is the Director of the Office of Research Administration at Morgan State University. Her previous experience includes six years as Program Manager and then Associate Director for Administration of the Morgan State University ASCEND Center for Biomedical Research and the Research Center for Minority Institutions (RCMI@Morgan) Center for Urban Health Disparities Research and Innovation.

Ms. Silver has been both a mentee and a mentor in the NCURA Region 2 Cheryl Lee Howard Mentor Me Program.

Ms. Silver received her MPH from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA, as well as in the areas of Pre-Award and Finances), and is Certified in Public Health (CPH) through the National Board of Public Health Examiners.
